SHIPPING POLICY
Once items have been purchased, I will endeavor to post the to you by the following business day. If I experience any delays, I will make contact to notify when the items will be posted.
I offer flat rate standard postage of $13 for any address within Australia, $25 for any address in New Zealand, and free postage for orders over $250 within Australia.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the event that the item purchased is faulty or the wrong size, you will have 14 days from the receipt of the item to request a return for a different item, or a store credit. Store credits will need to be redeemed within 6 months of issue.
To be eligible for return, the item will need to be in new/unworn condition. A request for a return is required before sending the item back. As I use a lot of limited edition fabrics, it may not be possible to exchange for another size, if it is found that the wrong size was originally purchased. I am happy to exchange it for a different printed Jodhpurs in the required size, or else a store credit.

Damaged items
Please inspect the items upon receipt and contact me immediately if any damages or defects are found. I will work to the best of my ability to replace or refund in event that there are issues found.
Exceptions and Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
